The deposit amount is AED 1,500, and it can be paid using any debit card, credit card, or in cash. We can also place a hold on any valid credit card. This deposit covers any charges that may appear in the system, such as Salik, car wash fees, or any delayed traffic fines. The final amount is deducted from the deposit only after the rental contract is closed.
For UAE residents, citizens, and GCC nationals:
Emirates ID
Valid UAE or GCC driving license
For tourists:
Passport copy
Home-country driving license (if valid for driving in the UAE)
Or an International Driving Permit (IDP)
The deposit amount is refunded after deducting any pending charges on the system, and our team will contact you to provide the related invoice. The refund is processed 21 days after the contract is closed and can be transferred to any bank account the customer prefers.
If the deposit was held on a credit card, the hold is released after 16 days
At the time of Delivery our team will contact And Deliver the car to your Location. On spot, You will check the car, Sign the contract, pay the rental amount & receive the key. Enjoy your ride !
